On the ground floor there is the breakfast room with adjoining conservatory where all guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the scenery or watch a spot of television at their leisure.

There is a choice of two bright and well decorated bedrooms, one double ensuite and one twin  ensuite.  Both rooms have a colour television, beverage tray and hairdryer with views of the open countryside and Wye Valley.
